Methods for cooking cleaned sherifi fish:
- We wash the fish thoroughly with water and make slits with a knife on both sides of the fish.
- We prepare some chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice, and a quantity of olive oil, and mix them all together.
- We coat the fish well with the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator for a while.
- We prepare a bowl and put some flour or breadcrumbs in it, then we dip the fish well in the bowl, then we put it in a pan of hot oil and turn it gently.
